The strong foundation is very important to scientific research. I found I can just use only one type question to identify your Biochemistry level. What is the pKa value of DNA or RNA? Has Nucleic Acid also the pI value? Does it has more charge-charge interactions with protein ligand when I put a RNA aptamer with its pKa=8.0 into a docking condition of pH=7.0 solution environment? If you knew the correct answer without checking the books then you are a good Biochemist. Otherwise you have to think deeper and study harder.
